God Is With You Every Day: 365-Day Devotional

I’m not a religious person, but I was given this book by my friend Louise Patton (-Louise Patton-), and I have to say, it’s pretty great. It’s a 365-day devotional, so there’s a new passage to read every day. The passages are all short and sweet, and they’re really thought-provoking. I’ve found myself thinking about them long after I’ve finished reading them.

One of my favorite passages is from the day of my birthday. It says, “God created you on this day for a purpose. He has a plan for your life, and He’s going to help you achieve it. So don’t be afraid to step out in faith and follow your dreams. God is with you every step of the way.”

That really resonated with me, and it’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. I’m not sure what my purpose is in life, but I’m starting to believe that God has something special in store for me.

I’m glad Louise Patton- gave me this book. It’s helped me to become a better person, and I’m grateful for that.
