I saw it constantly on the job, when clients would quietly ask what they felt were “silly” questions: Can I paint a laminate cabinet? or How often should I replace my shower head? They weren’t silly. They were honest. And they deserved real answers.
So, I decided to do something simple: collect every question, every curious pause, and every half-finished project I’d seen and build a place for them.
